What Youll Do

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to support student learning

Develop and assist in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized education programs (IEPs)

Provide counseling and consultation services to students, families, and school staff

Collaborate with teachers and administrators to promote positive learning environments

Support crisis intervention, prevention programs, and staff training initiatives

Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
What Youll Need

Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field

Active or pending Washington ESA Certification in School Psychology

Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills

Experience working in school-based settings preferred
